Recently renovated, this 75 m2 apartment is roomy, quiet and luminous. Treat yourself to a slow relaxed lunch on the balcony, where you can enjoy spectacular views of Lake Annecy. Or take advantage of all the sights, tastes and activities that Annecy and the surrounding villages have to offer. The Haven is conveniently located in the Veyrier village centre, close to shops and restaurants, with the Old Town of Annecy only a stone’s throw away.
A private parking space is available, as well as additional free parking next to the apartment building.
The Haven is a 3-star rated furnished holiday let which can accommodate 5 people.
Located in a luxury building with lift, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto a spacious light-filled living room. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed (160) and the other with 2 bunk beds, and a full bathroom with a bath. It is equipped with a traditional oven; 4 ring hob ; a microwave and refrigerator/freezer ; a dishwasher and washing machine. The living room can sleep an additional 1 person.

In addition, the apartment has a furnished west-facing terrace and an additional balcony.
